Client confidentiality
We do not discuss the identity, affairs or engagements of our clients — past or present — with anyone. We do not name clients in published work, in speaking engagements, or as references without their written consent.
Advisory and research work is conducted under the strictest confidentiality, and where a client requires it, under a formal non-disclosure agreement. This obligation does not expire at the end of an engagement.
Where our work is later published, it is published in general terms, with any client-identifying material removed, and only where the client has agreed.
